Always wear something that is easy to move it and does not restrict you.
Leotards, Tights, leggings, T-shirts, Tracksuits are all great options!
Please note these are guidelines and each individual will differ.
Tots: Recommended for 3-7 Years
Beginners: Someone who is just starting out and has been dancing less than a year or two.
Junior: 6-10 years and has been dancing two years or more.
Intermediate: A dancer aged 8-adult who has a good working knowledge of dance but is still working on mastering good technique, posture, flexibility and pick up of choreography.
Advanced: A dancer that has had many years experienced. Can pick up and retain choreography well. Has an excellent understanding of technique and is well strengthened and limbered.

Yes! It is recommended to warm up your body for 3-5 minutes.
Cardio exercises such as jumping jacks, running on the spot, bounces etc are great to lift the heart rate and get that blood pumping.
Followed by some swinging movements and some gentle stretches.
We will be launching a feedback option in March!
You will have an option to send us your vidoe's/questions for feedback to aid with your progression! Exciting!!
Always have water close to you.
Ensure your space is clear so you can't trip on anything.
Wear footwear that you can't slip in.
Always warm up before dancing.
Always cool down, take a few minutes after each class to perform some gentle stretches and take nice deep breathes.
Don't choose option that are too difficult for you. Be patient and take your time to build up to the harder steps.
